Couple things

[edit]

I noticed in the initial revival report that “specials” were also planned. Then we got word of the second movie. But considering what we’ve seen of South Park’s Paramount+ content using the terms so interchangeably, is it possible we are in a similar situation with this project? As for the second thing, Mike Judge tweeted this out,

Beavis and Butt-Head will be returning this year with a brand new movie and more on Paramount+

and he doesn’t mention Comedy Central at all. I’m not going to change anything yet, but I do recommend getting ready for a shift.--CreecregofLife (talk) 06:55, 5 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

What happened to AC/DC’s Ballbreaker tour?

[edit]

I had added this with sources many times before but it keeps getting removed. Beavis and Butt-Head were vital to AC/DC’s Ballbreaker tour intro. What’s with the conspiracy about hiding this piece of history? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.88.191.16 (talk) 04:37, 10 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Total episodes

[edit]

If we are going by what list and claiming two pilots episodes as 0.

  • Pilots episodes 2
  • season 1 episodes 3
  • season 2 episodes 26 3+26=29
  • season 3 episodes 31 29+31=60
  • season 4 episodes 32 60+32=92
  • season 5 episodes 50 50+92=142
  • season 6 episodes 20 20+142=162
  • season 7 episodes 41 41+162=203
  • season 8 episodes 22 22+203=225
  • season 9 episodes 12

current episodes listed the count is 12+225=237 episodes

Saying 23+225=243, which is wrong. Would actually be 23+225=248 if it actually had 23 episodes in the new season. Which it clearly does not list 23 separate episodes, it still doesn't count to 243 episodes. P.greenlink (talk) 22:20, 16 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@P.greenlink and Partyclams: When you have been involved in a dispute with another editor, and you post on the article's Talk page in order to discuss and try to resolve the dispute, it's a common courtesy to notify the other editor(s) that you have done so, so that they can respond promptly. We typically do this using the {{mention}} (a/k/a reply or ping) template. I have invited Partyclams to this discussion by way of this post. General Ization Talk 02:10, 17 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Again, go down the list. Number overall is listed. The current season has 23 episodes. Each segment counts as an episode. This is how it has always been. Production codes for the segments are 101A, 101B, 102A, 102B, etc.
Where are you getting 225? Season 8 ends at 220 episodes. Again, why are you incapable of looking at the episode guide? It lists in black and white the total overall episodes. Stop looking at just the series overview. Partyclams (talk) 18:49, 17 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Where am I getting 225? Well again as it was told to me the pilots are counted as 0 episodes, so it really starts with season 1. So it starts from based on series overview from season 1-8 3+26=29 29+31=60 60+32=92 92+50=142 142+20=162 162+41=203 203+22=225. That's where 225 comes from. [overview] But if if we are counting each segment, then I guess the accepted overall count would be 248 if we are doing by segments. Then it is my mistake. But the proposed being 243 is not mine. — Preceding unsigned comment added by P.greenlink (talkcontribs) 19:46, 17 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Season 9-10 are not the same series

[edit]

Why on Earth do you have the reboot series on Paramount+ (moving to Comedy Central in July, by the way) listed here as Seasons 9-10. They are not. They are seasons 1-2 of Mike Judge's Beavis and Butthead. Much as Will & Grace and Murphy Brown's reboots were not continuing the season numbers of the previous series. Wikipedia is a joke now, data online ruined by people like your editors trying to make up their own rules for things that are not determined by them. Doctor Who (2023) is yet another example. Exhausting.

Why doesn't Butt-Head have his own article?

[edit]

There's an article for Beavis, so why not Butt-Head? 2601:18C:601:C720:348:DB3D:41CA:BBE6 (talk) 21:12, 23 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
